Theodore D. Goldman, Ph.D. is president of the Goldman Development Group, Inc., a consulting firm that focuses on people processes relating to performance barriers and opportunities. The Goldman Development Group, Inc. offers individual coaching, workshops, training, motivational speeches and performance diagnosis that can be tailored to a company's specific needs. The special focus is on communication, teamwork, and accountability. Dr. Goldman spent more than 26 years in the chemical industry as a Research Scientist, Manager in New Product Development, and Manager of a Corporate University. He received his Ph.D. in chemistry from New York University and a Diploma in Business Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
