Fail-Safe Leadership®!  Supe Up Your Company - Align Your Employees!

Align your employees with your strategy for breakthrough performance!
Workshop Leader: Peter A. LaChance

Your car wouldn't get far if all the wheels pointed in different directions!  Yet that's how most companies operate -- their "wheels" (employees) aren't aligned, so the corporate vision is an unattainable destination.

According to Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton of "Balanced Scorecard" fame:

90% of organizations fail to execute their strategies successfully!

95% of typical employees do not understand their organization's strategy!

What are the barriers to achieving employee alignment and how can you hurdle them?  Here's a hint: there is a key link missing in almost every other approach to alignment -- desired results cannot be achieved by merely imparting skills and knowledge -- the solution lies in going beyond knowing what to do and how to do it!  This seminar reveals the secrets of applying "Fail-Safe Leadership®" to grow leaders quickly and align your employees.  The message is straightforward yet powerful.  This seminar advances a results-based definition of leadership and it maps out an easy-to-implement system to align every individual's work effort directly to the company's vision and strategic plan.
