About the workshop leaders.

Sharon Lamm, Ph.D. and Mirabai Galashan are co-owners of Inside--Out Learning, Inc.  Inside--Out Learning is an innovative consultancy dedicated to personal, professional and leadership development.  Their purpose is to create profitable and healthy work environments and lifestyles by facilitating individual development and effective interpersonal relationships.  They have 25 years of interpersonal consulting experience and bring a synthesis of business, academic, and psychological expertise.   Dr. Sharon Lamm holds a doctorate from Columbia University where she is also an adjunct professor in Leadership.  The focus of her work has been personal transformation and leadership development.  Mirabai Galashan is a dynamic workshop leader, and a passionate and compassionate coach and therapist.  The focus of her work has been the fusion of right and left-brain processes to provide a holistic approach to professional, leadership and relationship skills.  Both Sharon and Mirabai are guest lecturers at Columbia University's "CEO&I" program and the "New School" in New York City.
