Nurses and other staff deal with serious illness and death every day. "Compassion Fatigue" was taking a toll on employee morale.

The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit business advocacy group with a staff of 90, needed to create an employee evaluation process.

Problem:
Employee evaluations were subjective and vague and completed once a year.  Since there isn't a Human Resources department, the organization had no paper trail for employee progress.

Solution:
THE PEOPLE SOURCE GROUP worked closely with a committee of employees from various departments to develop a comprehensive, less subjective, employee evaluation completed twice a year and provide training for all staff members with direct reports.

Immunotope, a Doylestown, PA based immunotherapeutics early stage company, needs marketing help.
The company was invited to present at BIO2005 with little notice.

Problem:
The company needed a poster for "Innovation Corridor" presentations at BIO2005.  No one on their team could do the work and the show was just two weeks away.

Middle Atlantic Products, a Northern New Jersey manufacturing company, expands.
The company is planning to expand it's current multi-plant operations into one larger plant.

Problem:
The company has outgrown it's Electrical Engineering systems and processes.  No one in house has the experience or knowledge to develop these systems and processes.

Ferag-Americas, a Pennsylvania-based manufacturing company, reorganizes.
Previously all North American manufacturing, sales and service for the U.S.holding of a Swiss company were located in the U.S.  Since manufacturing could be done more efficiently in the larger facilities of the parent company, the decision was made to eliminate the redundant U.S. manufacturing facility.

Full Life Products, a New Jersey-based start-up medical products company, requires technical support.
The company had made some great progress with prototypes and initial designs.  The next phases in the business plan were to design for manufacture (DFM) and finalize the supply chain.

Business conditions forced this local apparel company to reorganize. Management had determined that some assets had to be liquidated.  The company needed to react quickly.

Price Waterhouse Coopers asked Duke University to provide an expert to discuss trends in the bottling industry as part of its continuing education program.

The university did not have any resources on its staff or in its network with expertise in that industry.
